Every bid placed on Obilinkz Auctions is a binding commitment to buy at that amount if it is the winning bid when the auction closes. Reserve prices are confidential to the seller, and settlement must be completed within the timeframe stated in each listing.

We process registration details, bidding history and transactional records in line with UK GDPR. We use this information to run accounts, send outbid, ending and winning-bid alerts, and to meet our legal obligations.

Obilinkz Auctions is a general-purpose online marketplace for electronics, computing, mobile phones, clothing, jewellery and accessories. Sellers must describe items accurately, disclose known defects and list only goods they have the right to sell. Prohibited items, counterfeit goods and misleading listings are removed without notice.

Bidders must act in good faith. Shill bidding, bid manipulation and attempts to circumvent an auction are not permitted and may lead to suspension. Disputes between buyers and sellers are handled through our resolution process, and we aim to respond within a reasonable timeframe.
